Madeline looks around.She sat down on a chair at the corner of the room.The chairs were pushed around for someone to duel.She started singing.She loved singing but only to herself.Nobody knew except her mother.Her mother thought she had a pretty voice but she didn't believe her.Madeline hated people who lied straight to her face.She pulled the sleeves of her jacket and traced her tattoo on her right wrist.The tattoo had stars on it.It was pretty.She sighed and thought about life again.

Alice walked in and shot a jelly leg jinx at Madeline and laughed.

Madeline didn't notice nothing until her legs cannot stand.
"What the hell!?"
Madeline looked across the room until she saw Alice.
"Man I should have repelled it with Levicorpus. gonk . Um hello can you help me?"

Theo grinned as Alice sent her jinx flying successfully towards Madeline. Professors often volunteered to sort of supervise and help out in the dueling room, to make sure the students didn't get too carried away. Professor Caxton had been reading some old tome, bored, waiting to watch a student's duel, when finally Alice started something. Truthfully, he'd like to have a little fun squaring off with another professor, it wouldn't be right to duel a student, but he hadn't seen another yet.
Oh well, he'd still have a little fun. With a flick of his wrist he made Madeline's legs stop wobbling with Finite Incantum. He nodded his approval to Alice, adding a "Well done" before turning back to the other girl. He bent towards Madeline and whispered so only she could hear, "I rather like incarcerous for dueling."
((Incarcerous ties people up with ropes.))

Alice heard him and quickly before Madeline could blink shouted "Incarcerous!" Ropes flew from her wand and bound Madeline.

Madeline thought she was going to be the target of the spell,until Theo made ropes appear on Alice.
