I found it, I was just exploring. To bad I did the good karma on the Tennpenny Tower quest, I could've told Dashwood the bad news.

Have you ever heard the adventures of Herbert Daring Dashwood on Glalaxy News Radio station?
It was supposed to be a secret hideout for escaped slaves. It was discovered when the Black Widow, leader of the slavers at the time, discovered it by fooling Dashwood and his ghoul man-servant Arguile. Who can be found dead inside Rockopolis.

I think there is a Bobblehead in there as well.

Well not alot. But GNR lets you know about whats going on at the time. It doesn't say the location though, I had to go to youtube to find the exact location.

Western side of the map, hidden in rocks. Secret door. Theres a map on the gamespy website that works like google earth, but 2d.

When your in the right area, the entrance shows up on the localmap, and there is a bobble head in there.

idk why but i have FO3 for both PC and xbox 360 =S anyways i used console commands to make agyle come to life, then i got pwned xD
