I think all of the current guild members would be willing to help you. I am trying to get some resources up right now.
As for the banner, I am going to have to reject that idea. Not only may there be Mexicans here, there may also be Spaniards, Colombians, Peruvians, etc. That banner would not be representative of the guilds' members, nor does it really reflect the guild's goal.
Edit: So what do you want to know?
