Just stopping by to add something. Not necessarily a rule but it would be most appreciated.
When going into a different area, ie from Heartlands to Bruma, please at the bottom of your post put something to indicated it, ie (-Character name- to Bruma)
It makes things a lot easier to follow along that way others can know if your character is following theirs, etc.
Also, all the sanctuaries are completed. Each location is within the name and description of each area. I am still mulling over the idea of making either a map or picture of each area so expect that to come up soon (But not to soon ;P ).
