Bio:Vel'akar is wandering Wit, who travels healing the people who have common cold to terminal illness, thus keeping his intention hidden. In an attempt to extend his arcane knowledge he killed his teacher in her sleep and sacrifice her to the element in return for unspeakable powers in cosmic magic.He also has high teaching in weapon mastery from hand-to-hand combat to portable cannons. He only travels to gain more power instead of negating the illnesses of the people he absorbes the people lifeforce to his own. to his own,but as well to the people he heals, making them sooner or later wither and die. he came to arkani to heal the sick and increase his physical and magicial strenth.
Weapon(s):He wield a sword fueled by forcthe hunger for cosmic matter, thus it eat anything of matter, but the hilt has runic seal to contain the swords hunger. The blades has been enchanted to be unable to harm Velakar or be used by other, if another person tries to use the blade the runic seal would shatter and said person would be eaten by the blade. Behind his head is his negating magic rune, that allows him to
to unable to be hurt by magic, thus physical attack only work on him.

This is his mastery of cosmic powersThis magic allows him to convert matter outside of living beings.

This technique is his glowing eyes ability let him drain the lifeforce of an foes immediately, but he must lock eyes with them ,it includes it they make eye contact with him though a reflection, thus if you look away in the post after he looks you in the eyes; you will be fine,if you don't you body will be drain to the point your one step from the brink of death, leaving you the only option to flee, but without your belongings. That velakar will keep forever..(but not your powers,but your items)

He can create doppleganger from his hair. They mimic the form of anything of his choosing, and if the clone can attack or assist someone. These clones are magicaly linked to Velakar, meaning they don't think for themselves. Another thing is the dopplegangers aquire the abilities of whoever they look like.

His cosmic magic mastery gives him a second form, in this form he comes unable to attack others, but if touched his body will eat whatever it comes in contact with. he becomes a giant forever exspanding black hole.

I'm going to be honest here.

This is approved for now, although I'm not fond of the power-stealing and soul-sucking powers; they make your character too powerful.

I would say give him some weakness here and there.

If you're going to use these abilities and steal powers, items, or souls, then ask permission first, either in an OOC message or over PM. If you are changing a character's looks and/or name, you should ask permission from the character's owner.

The reason I'm approving this for now is because me and another vice captain are working on a system which allows you to buy skills with points, but that will come later since we're still working it out, and we need to know what the guild members will think of it.
