Apprentice’s Den---->
The den of rock is big enough to fit quite a few apprentices and the floor is covered with a thin layer of sand. It is on the other side of the warriors den.

Icepaw hissed and clawed at one of the nests. "Pebblestar's gone crazy!" She closed her eyes and looked at the ground. "We can't bring everyone... Some kits are too small... and the elder's can't make the whole journey..."

Blackpelt entered warily. He hadn't slept in here for ages, since he was an apprentice. "Icepaw!" he cried. "What is wrong with you? What were you thinking?"

Icepaw looked at him. "What do you mean? I was just speaking my thoughts. I know it was disrespectful but I do know some things." She looked down at the ground again, her ears pressed close to her head.

Icepaw flattened her ears to her head. "Well I'm sorry I was speaking my mind! I didn't realize I was breaking some part of the code! I haven't even been an apprentice for a day!" She shifted her gaze to the ground and mumbled something.

Icepaw snapped her head up and looked at him. "I said 'Maybe I won't be a warrior.' I haven't been an apprentice for a day and the leader and my mentor are already clawing my ears off!"

"You will be," Blackpelt assured. "But leave the all the leading to the leader!" He looked at his apprentice. She looked as if she had traveled to StarClan and back. "Do you want to rest?" he asked. "You look... tired."
