Description: Butterfly style wings made of wispy clouds and stars/glowy lights. A tiara of wispy clouds and lots of stars/glowy lights with a few hanging down to frame her face. A little star/glowy light hanging off the tip of her tail and wispy clouds with just a few stars/glowy lights floating around her feet and curling up a bit. Design of the pelt doesn't have to be crazy complex, dark blue/grey to match the theme obviously, but I'll leave that more up to the artist, since I can't think of something to work xD
