This contest is open to all members of the guild.

All you have to do is get people to join and say that you referred them. The person with the most referrals at the end of the season, lets say Thanksgiving, wins a prize.

The person with the most posts and activity will also get a prize.

Prizes:
Most Referrals - Random Item Generator of your choice from between now and then.
Most Posts - 50k gold.
Both winners will be given the choice to join the crew.

Prizes may change over time, but they will only get better.
