It was a normal day in Dun Lorieg. People crowded the streets going about their business chattering loudly. Rem's place was just as packed as always. The owner of the Inn, Remdale, sat behind the front desk looking over his books and figuring out some numbers. With a groan he scratched his head and adjusted his tail, something just wasn't adding up. What was it he was forgetting? The number in his books was higher than what was available... did someone repair something and forget to tell him? Were they over charged at the market? Did a customer skip out on him? Did he have a thief in his midst?
Quickly he shook off the last two options, people knew better around here. The first two were more believeable, they've happened before. Either way he closed the ledger books and placed it on the high shelf, he'd look over it again later when he had more time to think.
"Excuse me, hello. I have a reservation..." a young man said standing on the other side of the counter. Rem turned and smiled.
"Ah yes, you must be Aiden Turkov yes?" he said recieving a nod from the man. "We've been expecting you, Tina! Please show our guest to room 18 please..." Rem called out to a near by worker. The kitty girl quickly responded and looked the human over.
"This way please," she said with a purr and lead him up to the assigned room.
Rem leaned on the counter and watched the two head up the stairs. The Human wasn't quite his type but knew his Neko employee just loved them. With a sigh he leaned back and looked over his reservation book, marking off the man that just checked in. There wern't to many open rooms, then again there were hardly any open for any length of time with in the next two months. But... if any friends did suddenly show he did have a place for them...

Leon walked into the inn. He was tired and extremely ravenous, but still had a smile on his face. He looked around. There were so many different races it was insane. This was much more to his liking than sylvanus where most of the people were elven. He looked around a bit more. Yes he would defiantly stay here. He walked up to the front desk, "Hi...uhm how much would it cost to stay here for a week?" He asked absentmindedly as he was still observing his surroundings.

Glancing up from his book, Rem blinked at the young Elf. "Welcome," he said with a smile. "Give me a moment to see what I can do for you," glancing down at his book, Rem looked to see which rooms were available for how long. "Lets see... if you don't mind the inconvienance of having to switch rooms almost every day... You can stay for 140 coins." That was half what he usually charged. "I'll even throw in one meal a day... how's that sound?" Rem leaned on the counter proping his head up with his hand and a smile on his face.

Leon looked at the male who had answered him. He smiled back, "Yeah. That's fine. I don't really mind moving around. And thanks. That would be really nice of you." He said as he pulled out the amount from his pocket. He dropped the coins on the desk and let out a weary sigh, "So is this place always like this or is it a tourist season?" He asked. He almost smacked himself. In all the awe of this place he had forgotten to introduce himself, "Oh i'm sorry. Manners. My name is leon silentread. What's yours?"

Venus strolled in the inn and scanned her surroundings. She found the desk to get a room. She walked near it but stood but 5 feet from the one in front of her, asking for a room. She always kept a hand on the hilt of her sword that was strapped to her hip. Travelling was alright in her book but she liked the cool nights back home.

"Quite alright. I'm Remdale, this is my place," Rem answered with a smile. Adjusting his glasses he filled the name into the empty spots he'd have for rooms over the next week.
"This your first time in Dun Lorieg?" he asked scooping up the coins. "Anyway this is how my place always is, we do what we can to keep our reputation up to keep the business coming back. Lots of people come simply by word of mouth... does wonders for business!" Rem grinned.
Remdale spotted the Elven female a couple feet away. "Yes my dear! What can I do for you this fine day? Step right on up, I don't bite..." He looked at Leon remembering he forgot to let the Elf know which room would be his first. "You'll be in room 8 the first two nights, go up the stairs and make a right. You'll see evens on one side and odds on the other," he informed the male.

The red headed female walked to the desk, a hand still on the hilt of her sword.
"I need a room for the week," She said in her satin yet serious voice, "Are there any available?" She asked because, from what she could see, it was a very crowded inn. It was loud too, hopefully it'd quieter soon.

Leon nodded and said a quiet goodbye to the innkeeper. He certainly seemed nice. No wonder this place was so crowded. He followed rem's instructions and walked up the stairs. He avoided crashing into a few people on the way up and made a right, "Room 8...room 8...Ah here it is." He muttered to himself. He walked into the room and smiled. It was rather nice. He set down his bag, which was starting to feel increasingly heavier, down on the floor next to the bed and laid down. His back ached a little bit but he was used to it. After all he was a blacksmith.

Rem groaned and looked down at his registry, "I can give you a room for tonight, but I'm booked solid the next three nights...." if only she had come a few moments sooner. He paused a moment as one of his workers walked past, it gave him an idea. "If you really need a bed for the week, you can have one of the employee beds for 10 coin a night... If you want to try your luck else where I'll make sure the offer still stands if you return."

 "Alright then!" he said ina pleased tone. Remdale's golden eyes trailed down to where the girl's hand was and gave her a displeased look. "I'm gonna tell you this once, I don't tollerate any kind of disturbances or violence in my place... I won't hesitate to toss you out the second you cause trouble... without a refund." With the look he had on his face one could tell he was not joking and probably has done it before.
"Alright then miss... your name and 70 gold please," he asked so he could put it down in his book.

Leon stood up when his body wasn't hurting that much any more and grabbed his coat, that was dark red that it was almost black and black on the inside it also had white fur trimming, and threw it on. He took a deep breath and decided to explore the city a bit. He walked out of his room, shutting it and locking it, and walked down the stairs. He waved to the innkeeper and walked out onto the streets.

"As long as we have an understanding my dear...." he said writing her name down across the bottom of the page with the situation. "Lola..." Rem summoned one of his other workers over. "This young woman will be taking one of the empty employee beds for the week, please show her the way."
