Somewhere, beneath the city of Tangent Tropolis, a group lurked. No one has heard of this group, but recently rumors have spread quietly, saying this group was killing all the supers they find. They do painful experiments on the supers, and are themselves. The leader is known only as Noir.
Deep in the bowels of their lair, the group met in the dim light of the meeting room. A man with long black hair sat down with files on the table. He began to speak to his group. "As you know, I have gathered you all here today to stop the other supers from controlling the world. Now recently we have reports of a huge increase in their population, which means we must double our work." A few people quietly muttered to each other. "I would like to take out these people first, they seem to be the most powerful. I thank you Z for your sucessful raid on Blitz Corp recently. I will be promoting you to our elite soon." Noir spread out the folders stolen on the table. There were all about Wilder, Oreo, Maria, and several other people. "Oreo is a high priority right now," he continued. "She can control minds easily, and I would be able to find all the people that way. I need my aquakinetic, nullifier, and mind controller to go out for her. Troy, go to Neo-Blade and trap his mind, then kidnap him to lure her out."
"Yes, sir." He slid outside. "The rest of you fan out and spy on these supers for me. Meeting ajourned."

I walked around town, looking for something to do. Nearby was a pizza place, so I walk inside and ordered a large mushroom pizza.

A young man with white hair and glasses walked in, carrying a laptop. He sat down in a booth close to Oreo.
"Didn't expect to see you here." he said.

(wait we dont leave off where we left? If we do message me and ill tell you what to edit. i just cant hit edit cause of computer.)
Neo-Blade walked through the streets. The whole deal with Wilder, and Drazil, and Prodezza was wearing him out, he was just happy it was done. He gave his powers up and was now heading to a pizzeria. Last time he ate thier pizza he was paranoid of blood on his pizza. Plus all these heros were just getting anoing. He never wanted to be one of them but somehow he developed into a hero.
Blackout sat on top of a giant building touching his scars and cleaning the blood off his body. His face was brutal with scars and his body equally scarred. Now even more hatred developed i him. He just wanted to see them all gone. He put on a mask to hide his defeats and stared to the ground. All he wanted was revenge.
Fiz walked through the streets. He wasn't flustered alot because he missed everything but he still wanted to find the murderers of his village. He walked down to a road. He saw people arguing and everything, and he started to get mad. He was mad for how they were abusing the earth, he knew water could fix it. Then tun his orb started to glow blue and Fiz rose his hands to the sky, a few seconds later rain poured down to the ground.

"Have we met before?" I asked the man. I continued eating my pizza slice. "Care for one? You can sit over here, you don't have to be shady."

(ok so the whole group thing with the heros has not been thought out yet. good.)
Neo-Blade got to the pizzeria and saw Oreo and some other guy.
"Hey Oreo, How you doing since Drazil"
Neo-Blade sat by Oreo.
After constantly staring at the ground and then rain falling on him, he decided he didn't care about the higher forces. He was going on a killing spree. Blackout jumped down and blew 2 guys into a wall then he sent a beam of darkness towards a girl and her baby.

"I can't see why you would remember our meeting." He said.
He sat next to Oreo and Neo-Blade and took a slice.
"Stephen. I've been watching you and your research over the past few years. I think I have something you may enjoy."
He put the laptop on the table and opened it. A pixelly face shown on screen, sleeping.
"Wake up, Chives."
The faces eyes opened to look at Oreo. It's mouth opened to speak.
"Hello, Oreo. My name is Chives."
"He is my AI 'son' who I care for more than any human in the world. I need parts to make him more humanoid. And for more parts I need more money. I have a machine called SAGE that alters people's powers, appearance and very DNA structure! I am allowing customers to use it for a fee. I need you two to get customers. I am prepared to offer you anything, from a free ride on SAGE to Chives 2.0. So, will you assist me?" Stephen asks, looking to Oreo and Neo.

(Wow, you're better than I thought. I might enjoy this... xd )
"I'm sorry, I tried to erase my memory of that event. Unforunately it's long term, but I did get some scenes erased. You must be one since I never got to know you." I handed Neo-Blade a slice. "So, how's the new powers going for you?" I wiped my face with a napkin. "Sure, I guess I'll try this program for you, though I could spare a few dollars for this project. Does 50 grand seem too much? I have millions from making and sharing my inventions, and I desprately need to rid of this money." Some poor hobo was outside nearby, so I walked to him. "Be back in a second." I walked to him with a wad of bills saying, "Here's 50 grand. Good luck with life." The man was shocked.

Neo-blade watched the scene.
"Umm, why would you earase it, but anyways I gave up my powers. Now I don't have any. YOu knew I have always been against powers."
Then he watched Oreo hand the guy some money.
"Hey can i have some?"

Chives grinned widely at the money his father would be spending on him. Stephen folded Chives up and looked to them.
"Follow me."
He walked out the door with Chives under his arm and lit a cigarette as he left, knowing Oreo and Neo were close behind.

zach was on top of a building
"well the city seems like it safe for now"
zach has givein up his power because Prodezza seem not to trust him with the power.
zach then jump down and change into a bird and start to fly around.

(P.S Lady Paintrush speaks with a thick french accent so I will spell how she sounds out words)
Lady paintbrush stood in her apartment and gazed at the walls. "Zis apartmant needs more ompf" she said to herself. She got her paintbrush and stroked the walls. The walls instantly turned into a funky wallpaper design that had a mix of black and white to it with spirals and coils that made it look very snakelike with an artistic charm. "Magnifique! Zis looks much bettir" she celebrated. "You do know that walls haven't changed at all, it's just a tempary illusion" the paintbrush said. "Wee, I've thought of tat... I will 'ave to make ze real one later" she hung her head low and sat on the couch and turned on the tv. She flipped to her favourite channel... the art channel and looked for something to do. "Maybe 'zere iz a new place to rob..." she trailed off and looked at the tv. It showed a new musem across the downtown area and the precious artifacts and sculptures... and famous paintings. "OH, 'ZERE IZ A NEW PLACE! MAGNIFIQUE!!!" she hopped off the couch and grabbed her favourite weapons... her paintbrush, and her hand gun.

Maria gazed down upon the city.Her demon wings spread wide an she landed safely to the ground.A few people gave her a odd stare as she dusted herself off.
"It's so quiet around."
Turning around,Maria glanced at her surroundings.
She then sighed.
"A new museum? this place needs a amusement park,not a stupid musem."

Neo-Blade was walking down the street when he saw there was a new muesum.
"It better be about Mercenaries."
He went up to it and saw it wasn't for mercenaries. He then found a bench and sat down.
Blackout was laughing in joy as he was destroying people. He heard no sirens and no signs of heroes so he was even happier. He shot another beam of darkness and it smashed into a building under construction.
Fiz was walking when he saw the giant building he was looking for, BLitz Corps. He went inside and went to a secretaries desk.
"Hello does your company go out of this area."
The girl just nodded her head and kept on chewing the peice of bubble gum in her mouth.
"Good, now I found the killers of my Village."
Water started to pour from the vase and it started to flood the room.

Lady paintbrush snuck downstairs to her underground garage. "Okay, sports car, or ze van?" she asked her paintbrush. "Van, you can store more art that way" the paintbrush replied to her. "Mmm Wee sounds good" she agreed. She hopped in the van and reved up the engine. "Zis ill be fun" she said excitedly. She opened the garage door and zoomed over to the musem. She drove to the back of the musem and locked the van. "Perfect, now to get in" she grabbed her gun andd shot the lock off. "Z'at works" she quietly entered and crept into the surveilance room. She looked in and saw someone was in there. "Mmm" she smiled evily and aimed her gun right at his head. "AU REVOIR!" she yelled as she pulled the trigger. He fell down instantly dead as she walked over to the video screens. "Now, let's check ze merchandise" she looked at what was inside. She finally had her sights set in the famous paintings. But the one she wanted the most was 'The Scream'. "Oh, tres tres TRES magnifique" she said staring at the screen. She quickly got out of the surveilance room and went to the second floor... where the painting of 'The Scream' was featured.
