Just wondering... does anyone in this guild consume chia seeds? I personally find it easy to just add a teaspoon to drinks in order to get my calories (I'm on a customized weight gain diet). My favourite is to mix it with honey and lemon juice.
It supposedly lowers bad cholesterol and a whole bunch of other stuff, but I don't really see a change in my health from eating it.
