Two questions. First, can I lead the Vizards? Second, why exactly is the soul reapers in the sould society with vizard powers? Even the leader? they would be exacuted if they were found out so then if their not then there is no reason for the fraction vizard and they could just stay a part of the soul society. Just sayin.

This is an alternate storyline where vizards are aloud to chose weather to stay in the soul society or not. This is after the battle with aizen and not completely going with the bleach story in that aspect.
Second yes I would like you to be the head of the vizard faction.

We should have an event where spirits from hell break free and are released into the world of the livng and start attacking and killing innocent souls, and also killing them in their dreams, and its up to the shinigami to stop them and seal them back in hell, and then before that can happen they manage to out manuever us and come to the soul society and wish to turn it into their new home world, and begin with the shinigami annihilation mission to hunt down and kill every shinigami, and soul, and destroy everything so they can rebuild as their own world
i just made this up in like two minutes

Well keep that idea but once I have the captain's and at least the leaders of both the espada and the vizards I'll start the first arc. And yea we need a banner.

Done.  i had trouble with the top right corner since it originally had in boldwhite letters "FIRE" so i had to cover that area red, and then i put the bleach logo there.
