im using my experience, and it doesnt really matter who i take engery from, some people have nasty energy {ive only found just one person} sometimes i am able to take energy that i want, like if any of my friends are sad then i try to take some of that energy away from them.
i feel happier when i take energy from people, usally i try to not take too much and it makes me feel revived inside, i start to relax and really consentrate. leach is a terrible word...i tend to use just 'take' or 'replace' because i sometimes take bad emotions and when i take them away they feel somewhat tired but better.
thats my experience so it probley differs from others because i am a hybrid who relys on mostly energy.
