Ikaisi opened the door slowly and stepped in. She looked around and walked to the first room she saw. "This'll be my room." she said, taking off her boots and leaving them by the door. She set her duffel bag on the bed and unzipped it, putting her belongings away.

Once finished unpacking, Ikaisi zipped closed the duffel bag and slid it underneath the bed. She stepped out of her room with socked feet and walked onto the balcony, swinging her body over the edge and sitting on the railing. She looked up at the sky, watching the sun set.

Ikaisi opened the door and slammed it shut angrily, making a loud bang. She took her hood down and walked over to her room, taking off her boots and leaving them by the door. She sat on the bed and buried her hands into her face. Why do people not like me when I tell them I don't like animals? Is there something wrong with me?she thought, trying not to cry.
