When posting a character profile, post it as a new topic under the profiles page, not under the skeleton page. If you have already posted your profile there thats fine, but we really don't need everyone's profile to be posted under the skelleton topic.

(I added that to your Title so people would read it and stop posting there profiles on the page instead of posting them on Profile skeleton page like there supposed to)

Yes, members post it as a topic on the forum, those who have them on the profileskeleton are the crews' and exapmles of how to make oyour profile.
