Circumstance is a strange thing. When two forces of darkness collide in unexpected unison, razing a city as one, to suddenly find themselves allied in something on a much larger scale, terror spreads across horizons previously unknown. Durem never stood a chance as two lone figures, Ryn Kuromaru and Derahci Desrani, ran it into the ground, their meeting predestined.

Ryn watched silently as the city of Durem, was engulfed in a hellish blaze of fire. He could hear the piercing screams of the innocent victims that were below, as he looked down from the Clock Tower.
"Simple-minded beings.. They can't even stop themselves from being overcome by such trivial things as fire.."

A figure appeared hovering in the distance, wings outstretched, staring straight at Ryn.
"What else can happen when an unstoppable force collides with an immovable object?"
The figure came closer slowly, allowing his Infernal shape to form in only enough light to be seen clearly from Ryn's angle.

Ryn's eyes glowed red, as he placed his hand on the hilt of Tsukihana, as he heard the unknown voice.
"An Infernal..So, I see your kind has reached all the way out here as well.." he said, gritting his teeth. "What brings you all the way here?"

Derahci returned Ryn's stare, grinning ear to ear.
"I destroyed my own home. I am Infernal by choice, not by failure. I trust you know what all this entails?"

Ryn's hand rested still on the hilt of Tsukihana.
"So, it's true.. I've heard rumors about the Celestials falling to their end by one of their own. I see.." he said. "What purpose do you have with me?"

Derahci smiled.
"Do understand that I don't necessarily do this for my own sake alone. There were two that survived; my brother, Arannis Desrani, and another from outside of Celestia, more powerful, perhaps, but along the same loyalties as himself. Eri, the Kami of her Divine Light. My brother is mine, but I acknowledge that the two of them could outmatch either one of us. I seek to ally myself with you, simply put."

Ryn's eyes narrowed at Derahci even more.
"Why would I need to alliance myself with you? My siblings and I are more than enough to wipe out any oncoming force against us. We've been doing what we have, for longer than you think.."
His hand gripped Tsukihana's hilt, his knuckles turning white.

Derahci shrugged.
"I care nothing for the time you've spent with whoever. However, it occurred to me that you failed along one small point. Divinus has a lone survivor."
He grinned slightly.
"Yes, Ryn Kuromaru. Eri, the very well-known Kami. I'm shocked you could have not noticed she remained. Are you truly so oblivious? And what's more, since Divinus' fall, she now goes with my brother. I have seen your destructive talents at work here, in fact. I know firsthand what it is you're missing, and I can easily provide."

He indicated the world around.

Ryn released his grip on Tsukihana's hilt, as he smirked.
"I'd kill anyone who stood in my way, that's what I've always done." he said, confidently.
"It is true, that I'm bored with these pathetic humans. No real challenge anymore, since the day I rid Divinus of it's entire forces. Now.. That was fun."

Derahci smirked. He raised a hand, palm facing upwards, an image of Eri, the Kami of Divine Light, appearing above.
"She lives yet, Ryn, and she has taken to hiding. She travels with my brother, who I am more than capable of tracking across any dimension. This proves interest to you, does it not?"

"I'll eradicate her. Eventually, She'll have to wander off alone. She never stays anywhere unknown too long."

Derahci brought up an image beside the first, forming into his brother.
"Then take me with you. This is Arannis, my brother in blood. She won't be leaving his side for quite some time, if I know as much about him as I do. Fortunately, he I can track down within the blink of an eye. Now, Ryn..."
Derahci grinned.
"...take me with you."
