England! smile not gonna put the county, but its kinda east midlands way yeah i like living in this country. I just wish there were more things to do that didnt involve spending money! like paying to park the car to walk in the woods, that kinda thing is annoying.

I'm in SE England. Berkshire, to be a bit more precise. xp My little town is rather dire. It's been in a "regeneration" for like EVAR, but the town centre has seen hardly any changes... Oh well. Where's everyone else from then? smile

I live in England; Nottinghamshire to be more precise. I'm not from here though. I'm from Georgia, US - my husband is English, and I moved here to be with him (we married in Scotland last year; it was gorgeous there). Currently, I've been here a little over a year.
England has it's good points, but it's not home to me. I never thought I would miss the States as much as I do. There's castles here, which is a big bonus coming from a country that has none. The country is lush and green, and in general, quite stunning. Not too fond of the food though, lol, and I haven't been able to actually find a job since I was legally allowed to, which has been very frustrating, but we make do. It bothers me the amount of anti-American comments I've read on articles on yahoo.co.uk, but I'm sure most aren't really like that. Personally, I can't wait to move back home at the end of this year, but there are things I will miss about England.

They are very anti-american here too. I also miss American cuisine and a lot of the life style.

Wales! I can't say there's much to be proud of, although the countryside is beautiful, I think a lot of Britain is slowly being taken over by the yobish society, and the the city I live in is no exception. The area I just moved from was giving me sleepless nights...
