Okay, when there's a contest, there has to be rule and here they are! They are to be followed religiously or you will be banned from the contest and entry in to any future contests will be questionable! Please read each rule carefully. Second chances are not given. Okay, here it goes.
1. You are not to discuss the with me AT ALL. If you have a question for me about the contest ITSELF and NOT your entry, you may post it in the genral discussion thread. Other than that, any out of contest communication is expressly forbidden.
2. YOUR COSPLAY DOES NOT HAVE TO BE A KINGDOM HEARTS ONE. If you feel you have a better one that is not Kingdom Hearts related please feel free to enter it instead.
3. When you post your entry, you must ALSO post a picture of the character you are cosplaying. This will help me adequately judge your cosplay.
4. There will be no joking of other people's cosplay in the Contest thread or the General Discussion thread. That will result in your immediate banning from the contest. It will also result in the review of your membership in the guild for possible banning from the guild as "being nice" if you will is one of the overall guild rules.
5. YOU MUST POST HERE SAYING YOU AGREE TO FOLLOW THE RULES OF THE CONTEST BEFORE YOU POST YOUR ENTRY. NO SECOND CHANCES ARE OFFERED IF THIS RULE IS BROKEN.
Your post should read, "I, (insert your name/username here), accept and agree to follow the rules and guidlines of this contest and if I should break any of them, I will accept the consequences." Any posts that do not look like that will NOT be accepted.
