I'm only a new member here but based on my observation, the crew members are negligent of their responsibilities for the guild..
I saw some complaints against the crew in the guild forums, and the most obvious evidence is the disorganized guild thread..
Compared to other guild threads, our own thread is unsystematic and messy, a crew member must take charge and full responsibility of managing and organizing the thread..

The reasons why am I applying for the guild crew is -

Help improve our guild thread
Promote our guild to other Filipino Gaia members
Make more friends
