Interesting theory, I don't know what to say... I agree that Kate and Larson might be working together and it's so far true about the explosions. Hear me out! Okay I remember Fowler saying the plan was suppose to blow up in mid-flight. Why did it blow up early. I also want to know who set up the explosions because Kate didn't do it otherwise it wouldn't have blown up and I know Flower didn't set the up. So it must of been Larson. In short what I believe happen is Larson and Kate were working together behind Fowler's back and some higher up guy told Larson to convince Kate to get explosives for the plane and Larson rigged it to exploded. I admit I don't think Kate is completely innocent but I don't think she wanted to harm Neal and her being killed proves or at least suggests she had gone in over her head.

What makes you think that? Okay let me clarify when I meant hurt him I meant physically, she did hurt him emotionally.

Okay the plane was suppose to blow up in mid-air. 1000's of feet off the ground. Yes she of had a parachute but there is also the pilot and co-pilot. So there must have been at least 4 parachutes on the plane so if Kate jumps Neal is going to jump after her. And Kate can't just shoot Neal, he'll be out of the plane before she could shoot him. What makes sense to me and this is another theory is, she knows the higher up guy and the guy is bad news and he is not the type to have witnesses. So she had the plane rigged to explode in mid-flight so either they could escape and have everyone think they're dead or they die in a strange romantic suicide death. I heard that from a fanficton.
