The Riddle Game.
1. The Riddler shall make a riddle.
2. Everyone tries to guess the riddle. The Riddler can give three hints.
3. The person who guesses the riddle correctly can exult in their victory, then take on the name of the Riddler and make the next Riddle.
4. And so on and so forth.
(I started this earlier in the daily freebie, so now we're continuing. xD)

Current Riddle:
Children love to play with me
But adults sometimes hate me.
When I come, I sometimes clog up the streets
And the adults get mad
And the children are happy.
Sometimes I am white,
Sometimes I am blue.
When you touch me I change into something else.
What am I?

I'll geuss "water or rain"
for in a flood it cloges the streets
it can be a calm blue color when untouched
can turn white when it rushes or frezes
children love to play in it
reakes havic on property for parents to complain
and it's not always the same shape
