Shinji woke up on a platform with someone, he couldn't make it out, on it. He got up and rubbed his head. "Damn... What was I doing?" he said.

"Well, well, well... You finally showed your stupid face eh?" said a figure. Shinji looked around and couldn't see where the voice was coming from. "Show yourself!" he said, drawing his keyblade.

The shadow drew a dark keyblade, which made the stage light up alittle bit more. Shinji looked up and saw a shadow form of him. "What the hell?!" he said. The shadow shrugged and smiled an evil grin. "Well, now that we see each other, eye to eye, let's see which one of us is the dominant one, shall we?" he smirked. Shinji got mad at this. He was obviously the more powerful here, but... he was facing himself... His shadow probably had the same moves as he did, and the same attack style... So... He was kinda scared...

The shadow dove from its high spot and came at an alarming rate. Shinji held his keyblade up in an effort to block it, but the shadow hit under it, knocking it out of the way, and pushing him with a great force. Shinji felt the wind being knocked out of him. He opened his hand and summoned his keyblade and started smacking at the shadow's head. The shadow turned as it got hit and hit the ground.

Shinji landed with a hard thud on the ground. He got up and coughed abit. He was then kicked past the first mini circle and was flying through the air as his shadow smacked him down with his shadow keyblade. Shinji made a indent in the glass and was spitting out alittle blood. His shadow smiled and laughed evilly. "Really now? Is that the best you got?" he chuckled. Shinji got up and his light aura rose. "You... You haven't seen what I have!" he screamed at the shadow. Shinji tossed his keyblade at it and hit it smack dab in the face, causing it to fall. Shinji summoned his keyblade and panted.

The shadow got up and wiped something off of his face. Shinji wouldn't know, he couldn't see anything except the stage and the shadow. The shadow lunged at amazing speeds as shinji was smacked backwards, only to get the shadow's elbow dug into his back. Shinji flew forward and rolled almost until the end of the platform, nearly passed out. "D.... Damn it..." he said to himself. His shadow laughed as hard as it could at him. "You call yourself a keyblade master! HA! You can't even defeat me! Your pathetic and weak! Your nothing but a loser!"

Shinji rolled to his side and panted. -I... I can't win... i'm sorry everyone...- he thought... He was right, in a sense. He couldn't win... And his shadow was right... He was a loser... He was a weak spineless coward which no one wanted to hang out with...

Shinji got up, wiping the blood from his face. He panted and his vision got abit blurry. "S-so?" he said to his shadow. "S-so what if im a loser? Pathetic or weak? What matters most to me is..." he said running torwards his shadow. His shadow ran forward too. He held the keyblade on the ground, creating sparks, and took it up and swung at his shadow. "What matters most to me is my friends..." he said. There was a dead silence after that. His shadow's arm fell off and shinji's arm was bleeding heavily.

His shadow's eyes widened as he looked at his arm fall and disappear. "Y-you... Y-you beat me! T-this c-can't be!!" it screamed. There was a glowing light coming from it, which grew larger as it got near the shadow's face. His shadow blew up, causing a massive wind to blow. Shinji felt weak and couldn't block the wind in time.

Shinji was tossed off the stage, but he didn't care right now... All he did care was that his friends were safe... A light appeared and stopped him. He was pulled back onto the stage and a door appeared. He broke his leg while walking to the door, because of to much strain on it. He held his left arm with his right hand and was limping to it. He got to the door and pulled on it. It led to a dark area, where he saw hiro, rashir, xane and others.
