If she doesn't know you're bi, perhaps you can say something like "Gee, I think Angelina Jolie is good looking" or something.
Either that... or you could just come right out and say "I'm bi" or "I think you're really pretty" and see how she reacts.

I agree--I would try flirting just as friends (which we can get away with since we're girls, heh) and see if she's into it at all.

Try dropping hints or commenting on LBGT issues and such to gage her reaction. That way you can atleast see if she would be Ok with you being bi even if she has no interest in girls.
