In this installment of the series Sora wakes up in a new world called Twilight Town. He doesn't know how he got there, or what happened before. All of Jiminy's journal has been erased, leaving only a strange mesage: "Thank Namine". The trio finds themselves in worlds old and new, and finds out about a mysterious group: Organization XIII (WHOO). He learns they are the ones controlling the Nobodies, and are the main Antagonists of this game.
