The galaxy is on the verge of war. 3,500 years before the rise of Lord Vader, the galaxy is split between the Sith Empire and the Republic. Corusant has been destroyed by a sneak attack by the Sith Empire and now is in ruins. The Jedi Temple destroyed, but not the Order. The Order soon moved to Tython and now is the headquarters for the Jedi Order. The Republic now is sending troops to give what the Sith need, a payback assault. A Jedi is sent with a task force to destroy a leading Sith Base in Taris.

Finally, after several years of training, he was actually being sent on a mission. Several long, perilous, and grueling years of training has finally ended, and now he was given command of a group of Republic soldiers. His mission, along with a Jedi Knight, to lead a surprise attack on a Seth Outpost on Taris, where a large portion of Taris was destroyed by the Sith, during the days of Sith Lord Revan and Malak. Now Taris has become a wasteland of destroyed city, growing with vegetation and life, including dangerous life. Now, he was going there, with his large division to get the Sith out.
Seth commanded several of his soldiers to haul crates in preparation for the landing at Taris."Alright men, just place the crates near the edge of the ship, so we can unload the supplies when we get there, lets go!" He said to them. His armor was shiny and bright, hardly used yet. He was a new commander and he was rough around the edges, but the Republic needed all they could get.

Alri walked through the ship her mind going through things she needed to do. she whispered random things to her self. she was very smart and one of the best hackers that the jedi have had. she was great at taking apart machines of any sort. with that tallent came a price of her brain always working making her always do something. she tended to talk to her self under her breath about things she needed to do or how things will be taken apart. most have learned to ignore it if they had been around her for any length of time.

Seth watched for a few moments more as his troops finished readying the supplies for the trip on the the planet's surface."Alright men, go get some rest....it's going to be a long day ahead of us..." He told them before he looked away and started walking towards the hallway. One thing made him curious about this mission was who the Jedi Knight they gave him as a commander of this operation. A female named Alri that was a human, just like him, to lead his troops. Although he didn't mind the idea, it just bothered him how this female looked. To him, she didn't seem like a Jedi Knight, or a warrior at heart. Even if she was a Jedi Knight, it was going to take more than a few magic tricks and an ability to use a lightsaber to get through Taris.
As he walked down the hallway, he saw Alri walking towards him, speaking to her usual self."Ah, General Alri. My troops had finished readying the supplies as you commanded. We are all set to head for the planet's surface." He said to her, with his low, resounding voice.

She blinked out of her mind and looked at him nodding "Good. they better rest up, strong minds will be needed in this battle." she cracked her neck and turns "I hope you do not mind me walking around your ship. the room you gave me is too small. and quiet. cannot think while in there..." she bows to him, she was clearly nervous and was tapping her hand on her lightsaber as she pased. something was bothering her but it was not clear what it was.

Seth nodded and replied,"The men are already heading for rest.....we shall be ready for the landing soon." He said to her softly, but resounding. When she asked him if she could walk around the ship, he replied,"No, I do not mind General. The quarters are tight, but you do not have to stay in them forever....You are free to walk around." He told her, standing still and almost at attention. He watched her as she bowed to him and saluted her, before she started to walk away. He could see her nervous tapping of her lightsaber as she walked away and wondered what was up."Is there something wrong, General?" He asked her curiously, wondering what she was nervous about.

She looked back at him "Do you ever worry that your going to fail your mission? That they put you in charge too early and that your not ready?" she walks back over to him "And stop calling me general.. I am Alri please call me that"

Seth looked at her when she started to speak back to him, asking him if he worried for the status of his mission and if he worried a ton about his first mission."I apologize, ma'am. This is my first mission as well. I'm worried about it too, but I have faith in my men, their skills and our training. But also, I believe we have a true Jedi that can lead us as well." He told her truthfully and sighed softly."Yes.....Alri...." He said softly, trying to get the military thing out of his head from calling her general.

When he spoke of a true jedi she felt her heart sink and she sighs rubbing her head "I am not a true jedi.. I am still an Aprentice.. this mission is what will decide if i become a jedi.." she rubs her head "my master said that he could feel it was time and that i was the only one that the elders could see as passing this mission without death.." she lets out a shaky breath "They should not of told me that.. I do not feel ready I am too young to be a Jedi.." she leans against the wall. "you... are the first person I have ever told my fears to..."

Seth saw her rubbing her head and the sigh, knowing it was the wrong choice of words on his part and felt bad for saying it. He did not realize that she was an Apprentice and was sent without a master to Taris. He listened intently as she spoke about that she wasn't ready for this mission and too young to be a Jedi. He shook his head,"If you don't have confidence in yourself, then all is already lost." He told her softly, leaning himself on the wall next to her."Do you think your master would have sent you here if you weren't ready?" He asked her curiously, trying to help her out, although, he'd never really tried to help a Jedi before, only his troops that he had ever really tried to give them confidence and the will to succeed.

She smiles some "they say I am the best they have trained.. even the other masters have spoke of how perfect i am.. I do not see it but it must be true if they all say it." she closes her eyes "This mission is suposto be easy.. 5 sith.. need to find out where they hide and take them out.."

Seth smiled lightly, glad to see that she was even the slightest bit more happy than she was. He looked to her carefully, seeing how young she looked, but he didn't look too long, when she spoke, he looked back at her."Well, wherever they are, my men will be ready to take them down..." He told her confidently, smiling lightly.
