Or when you look fight a Behemoth and think to yourself "I hope the Mysterious Stranger comes out this time" and it's roughly your hundredth time using V.A.T.S. with no Mysterious Stranger. Or you look at how much time you spent on one character and you have multiple characters.

whenever im in a large crowd i keep on thinking of turning on vats to find the person more easily.. oh and i dont leave my house unless i have a weapon.....
