________________________________________________________________________   The land was a place which was quite familiar to herself and a particular other. It was an old tree that stood alone in a field far from soul society which was in view from the tree. It was sort of cut off by a cliff, Ruka came here to think of a particular person but not always. Though this person had become the root of all evil Ruka didn't seem to forget there relationship. She was angered of course that would be true, but she wouldn't ever truly hate the man she cared for. Killing wasn't a problem if it were to end up that way, she knew her duties and she understood what she had to do especially being the captain commander.
She was leaning against the tree trunk of the old tree that had a perfect view of soul society as well as at the edge of the large cliff. Ruka placed both feet against the tree branch and leaned her head against the tree trunk. She reached in the pocket of her Haori and pulled out a small clay bottle from her pocket. Taking out the cork from the top she placed it to her lips and sipped at the drink softly. A light pink blush appeared on the top of her cheeks and the bridge of her delicate nose. She smiled as she said quietly to herself "ahh that hit the spot" she continued to sip at the bottle as she leaned up more against the tree and slowly began to close her eyes and began her relaxed pose.

 ~Shard Hozuki~ It was the perfect day as far as Shard was concerned. The pleasant feel of a calm breeze easing by,
giving just the right feel to the warm air gave her a sense or peace. On days like this, Shard always went on walks if she
could help it, and today was no exception. Today was a day for exploration, she was sure of it. With that in mind, she set
off past her regular routes, choosing to walk along the cliff-side she had spotted on an outing several days before.

________________________________________________________________________ The woman that was up in the tree only made a movement as she took another sip from her sake bottle. She placed the bottle down on her lap as she swollowed the content that had remained in her mouth. Noting the girl that had came to this spot her eyes shifted towards the girl.
watching her with empty eyes "and you are?" she asked simply as she brought the bottle one more time towards her lips and sipped at the clear substance. The womans hair was long and down so it flowed to the right of her body. The chocolate brown hair looked soft and gentle as a strand delicatly landed on her large chest showing the shape and the largness to them.
She pulled a finger to the strand and pulled the strand over her left ear. Her necklace dangled down her neck showing that of a half heart and the inital 'D' imprinted into the gold chain. Her icy blue eyes shifted from the woman towards the bottle of sake that rested between her legs comfortably, She then soon closed them.

~Shard Hozuki~ She hadn't expected anyone else to be out this far when she set off earlier. With the sudden voice, Shard jumped back, clearly startled by the intrusion into the silent peace of the apparently perfect day. Her eyes darted from side to side, attempting to locate the source of the nonchalant, seemingly bored, voice before finally settling on the tree.
As her eyes finally settled on the intended target, Shard gasped in apparent awe upon realizing that she was so close to the captain commander. She snapped her legs together, keeping her hands balled up in fists at her side, bowing perhaps too formally. She stayed with eyes lowered, head down, hoping she hadn't upset such a high-ranking individual with her initial reaction. [[Heh, me neither, but SOMEONE had to rp xD ]]
