The Imperial City (also known as Cyrodiil City) is the capital of Cyrodiil and the whole of the Empire. It is located on City Isle, an island in Lake Rumare in the Nibenay Valley, at the center of the Imperial province, and is circular in shape. In the middle of the circle that is the city is the Green Emperor Way district, containing the Imperial Palace and its White Gold Tower. Surrounding it are six districts, starting from twelve o'clock and going clockwise:
* Market District
* Arena District
* Arboretum
* Temple District
* Talos Plaza District
* Elven Gardens District
Also on the island is the Arcane University, the Imperial Prison and the Waterfront, which is the harbor of the Imperial City. A single bridge connects the island to the mainland near Weye. Roads lead from the capital in all directions.
The Sewer System
Underneath the Imperial City is a sewer system as large as the city itself. The sewers can be accessed from most districts of the city; there are also a few entrances outside of the city. The sewer system is a fairly complex maze. The east and west sections of the sewer do not connect to each other, but within those sections there are many interconnections.
Occasionally, when a person from the Imperial City tries to go a different district than they are already in, their AI will decide that going through the sewers is quicker than walking the streets; so they'll duck into the nearest house with a sewer entrance in the basement and travel underground, possibly putting themselves in danger from rats and Goblins.

I am
Raine walked the streets, wearing barely anything and covering her face with a black and red scarf to the point wear only her eyes could be seen. Her gaze was like ice daggers that could pierce anything she needed. Raine just wanted too get this job over with. She never wore any armor when fighting and dressed lightly. The reason why was so she would be able to move quickly and have less weight. She clanked her fingers together, the metal claw like things making a soft sound. Her weapon was an odd one, but was very effective. Her black hair hung around her shoulders and swished around as she scaned the area. THe one she was hunting seemed to be pretty helpless, but she had learned in the pas to never under estimate an opponent. Raine heard someone walkikng towards her and immediately took to the shadows. The one she was hunted walked by, his hands in his pockets and a scared look on his face. He knows he's being followed. I must do this quickly. Raine thought calmly. She smirked lightly, an emotionless look in her eyes now. She quickly jumpped out of the shadows, lashing out with her claw things that was her weapon and grabbing the man by the shoulder, cutting into him. She pulled him close to her and said, "I'm sorry for the way I am, I never meant to be so cold." And with that, Raine killed the man by cutting of her head. She almost always said that to the ones she killed. It was the last thing she had told her brother before murdering him. Memories washed over her in waves, but she ignored them. She always had this feeling whenever she killed and it had begun to not be as bad. She heard footsteps behind her and jumped to the side, just in time to dodge a throwing dagger that would've killed her instantly.

It was a pleasent day for Lore Tarot today as he walked the streets of the marketplace. He had sold most of his wares, like always, and now decided to go back to his house in the temple district. "I wonder if I should cut through the sewers thats usually fun." Lore thought to himself.

I amRaine's dark blue eyes danced around the five men that stood in front of her. The one that had thrown the dagger had a blood thirsty look on his face and already had another dager ready. Raine wondered why they hadn't all attacked yet, but didn't wait to get into a possition where she would be able to take care of herself if she would need to switch from offense to deffence and back at a moment's notice. Raine watched them with a light smirk on her lips. She had faced more than this, but she wouldn't take any chances. A large, buff looking man walked up behind the five and they parted so he could step out in front of them. Raine immediately reconized him as the boss. He chuckled at little at Raine, noticing the fact that she looked fairly young. With a loud and booming voice he said, "You look strong and I'd love to recruit you to my team, but you killed my best man. I'm afraid you're going to have to pay up. Boys, get her." And with that, Raine's smirk disappeared and turned into a frown. She didn't want to kill more than one person, but she knew there was no way out of this. "I'm sorry for the way I am, I never meant to be so cold." Raine said in a wisper before launching herself instantly at the one with throwing daggers. She took no hesitation in stabbing him in the heart, hoping that it was a painless death. Raine didn't enjoy killing, but by giving her victims that didn't deserve death a quick and painless death. Raine quickly jumped back and got ready for the rest of the men to attack her. I never meant to be so cold

As Lore walked through the town he stumbled upon something very wrong. A group of men attacking a young girl, but somehow the men were dying and the girl was winning. "Weird...."

I amRaine was aware that another person had walked up and stole a glance towards Lore. Her cold eyes rested on him for a moment before she jumped to the side, narrowly dodging a battle axe that was no dug into the ground in the spot that she had just been standing. Now the other four guys seemed mad, their boss sitting there watching them with a cocky smirk. Raine frowned lightly with a glare at him. She hated cocky people. The guy with the battle axe and a guy with a sword were double teaming her, but she wasn't scared. Raine knew how to protect herself. Her long hair swished around a little each time she moved, but other then that her movments were silent and graceful. Raine caught what Lore said and then replied, "Never seen a girl fight?" Raine normally didn't talk, but when she was fighting like this it stired something inside of her and made her get chatty. The man with the battle axe swung at her legs and Raine jumped into the air to dodge it, almost imediatly knowing taht she had left herself open. She quickly threw her weight to one side and twisted around, a sword finding it's way into her side and out the other end. Raine landed on her feet, a little bit of dizziness washing over her because the cut was fairly deep. Raine cursed under her breath, now ticked off. The boss's slight smirk grew into a cocky grin. I never meant to be so cold

"No, I've seen plenty of girls fight they just wern't outnumbered and seemingly winning, well your not winning now.... I suppose I should help you." Lore then took out from his sleeve a deck of tarot cards. "Fate guide my hand and save me from calamity!" He drew the first card on the deck. "Persona card, Fortune's Wheel." He let go of the card and it stayed suspended in the air. "Supporter card, The High Preistess." The card also became suspended in the air beside the other one. "Danger card, The Hierophant." The same thing happened as with the other cards. "Attack card, The Five of Chalices." As he placed the card with the others the cards began to glow and merged together. Then the cards moved onto the ground in the center of the group of men and a hole opened up beneath them dropping them into the sewers. The cards then flew back to Lore and magically shuffled themselves into the deck.

I amRaine pressed her arm to her wound, trying to stop the bleeding and then said, "Thanks." She didn't know many who would help someone just fot eh sake of helping them. Raien quickly tore off a piece of cloth from her jacket thing and used that to put on the wound and stop the bleeding. She glanced at Lore and then looked around. Her work was done there and she really needed to get the wound seen. Raine figured going to one of the hideouts for the Dark Brotherhood was a good idea dn then turned toward Lore, saying, "Thanks for the help." Raine then turned around and began to walk away. I never meant to be so cold

"Wait, let me help." Lore looked at the cards, pulled one out and walked over to her. "Nine of Coins, Heal her wound." The card glowed and the wound was healed.

~I'm sorry for the way I am Raine was about to refuse when the pain in her side slowly began to go away. She looked back at Lore with a look of surprise and then demanded, "How did you do that?" Raine had a look of pure surprise and she wanted to know what was going on. I never meant to be so cold

~I'm sorry for the way I am Raine gave Lore a weird look and then laughed a cold and unhappy laugh. She rolle dher eyes and then looked up at the sky with a frown. "You seem pretty poud of that." Raine said with a smirk a she turned back tot Lore. Raine looked at Lore calmly and then said, "Well since you helped me out, I'm in your debt. Any requests?" I never meant to be so cold

(Sorry it took me so long to post.)
Raine looked at Lore with a smirk and then sighed softly. She figured that she would begetting asked that and as a member of the Dark Brotherhood, she couldn't tell him much without being a traitor. Although, she was a traitor anyway. "Because I killed one of their friends. Anymore questions?" Raine said crossing her arms and standing striaght. She was calm and relaxed, but the look she had would tell anyone that she was capible of attacking at any second.
