Other Notes: Gan Haesho recognizes that his ability to use Psynergy is limited to how much PP he has, and does not rely on it quite as much, preferring his own strength.

Bio Abstract: Gan Haesho left his home in Gaallo, a town nestled between the parched desert and the sea named Vajiro, after he read the stories in the libraries about strange and distant lands, all of which sounded amazingly interesting and exciting, and when he heard about the vast treasures, he could no longer wait, and left immediately.

Since then, he has learned much about the world, and that there is more to traveling than going somewhere and finding treasure. It's about dealing with everything from crazy merchants to carnivorous monsters, and regular citizens to ruthless cutthroats.

Before you get to far, I want to caution against hailing from Vale. We already have three other characters and two potentially important npcs from Vale and it's a really small town at this point, so you'd have to work out preexisting relationships.

I'm working on a political world map now, and should be finished later this afternoon. When it's up, take a look over the different cities that exist (and note which one's don't exist yet >_>) and consider a different home town. Gan's motivations are still vague enough that he could just as easily come from anywhere as he could Vale.

My other goal in steering people towards different hometowns is that it helps create a more varied atmosphere within parties, with different backgrounds and experiences represented.

Gaallo seems likely, taking into consideration the Earth+Fire thing.

So how are characters usually integrated into the plot? I'm thinking that Gan could be sitting around in that one town near the Lighthouse with the ice and, noticing the group of adventurers exiting from the Lighthouse, think to himself that he could try joining the group, and from there we'll see what happens.

How does that sound?

We're getting pretty crowded around the lighthouse. I'm thinking of starting a second party off somewhere else in the world, and going to start sending new people there. I'll get back to you about that though.

BTW, Political map is up.

And Gaallo's a good choice, Maewen's from Gaallo, too. 3nodding

Decided that since he's so close to the desert, it would be better for him to know "Sand" rather than "Pound".

Good idea. Also, the second party has started up in Leumeria. There are two factions, an antagonistic and protagonistic side. For the moment, they're actually somewhat jumbled (As in there are protagonistic characters finding them selves with the antagonists and vice versa) but will sort themselves out after the unfolding events have fully unfolded. You should find a reason for Gan to be in Leumeria so you can join in!

He's going to be hanging out in the library looking at maps of the island. He's heard of some pretty cool artifacts from (Insert Time Period of Leumeria's Past Here) and wants to find one. From what I gather, the good guys want to turn off the towers and the bad guys (I suppose) want to turn them on?

Just finished levelling up Gan to be more suited to the others on Lemuria, so any monsters designed to give Ryugi some trouble won't KO me in one hit.
