The Stories from our Fathers Its been forty years since a band of outlaws led by Bad Billy Jackson disappeared leaving a trail of empty bank vaults and dead lawmen and would-be gunslingers in their wake. Forty years since sheriff Larston, the legendary gunslinger of the law, retired from his post to chase down Bad Billy and his gang. Forty years since the legends of the west disappeared. The wild west remembers them even though many seem to want to forget. It reminds them with its sandstorms and its tumbleweeds blowing through the towns with the wind being the only thing speaking. No one will ever forget that Sunday, forty years ago when Billy and Larston were standing across from each other in the center of the town Dutch's Edge, the tumbleweeds tumbling north-wise, the wind that chilled to the bone despite the blazing sun, the storm that saved the lives of both men. Just before Billy and Larston drew on each other, a sandstorm rolled in and threw off their aim. Two gunshots, two men with bullets in their sides, one man down, one man riding away ten thousand dollars richer, one man vowing to hunt the other down.
Its been forty years and now the west is ripe for the picking again. A new generation of outlaws has rolled into Dutch's Edge, some there since birth others just passing through.
A new set of legends are about to be born, and the wild west will be there to witness it all, and decide who gets the glory.

First and foremost; Broken may be our master, but I rule here. You will submit before my whims, or you will be driven out at gunpoint.
Second, as in any of the role plays that you will find me hosting, I have a PG 17 rating maximum when it comes to relationships between characters. Meaning that you can make references to sleeping with people, you can hint at sleeping with people, you can talk about sleeping with people, but you cannot explicitly do the deed here.
Third, As in all role plays that I will be creating and submitting for your enjoyment, I will not restrict your combat to any PG rating. So long as you obey the rules of combating as can be found in our friend Zinochi's role plays main page, you can be as graphic, gory, horrifying, and barbaric as you wish. So long as the guild rules are adhered to, you may literally drench every post you make with blood, write it with bone marrow ink, and a quill made from the finger-bones of the dead on paper made from human skin. You can describe to the utmost detail how your enemies are cleft in two and how the ground ran red with blood. Be liberal, be barbaric, be gory, but most of all, be free at war.
With that said, don't kill each others characters without planning it cooperatively and without telling me.
Fourth, as far as language goes, feel ******** free to go right the ******** ahead and spill literary s**t everywhere and piss on top of it for all I care. As long as I can ******** read your goddamn post, I won't give a s**t about the language you use.
Fifth, this RP will be true to the time it takes place in.
What I mean by that is that men run the absolute majority of things in the world. Women have few rights here in a man's world. Feel free to make a female character, but be warned; don't come crying to me when all the men start acting like they're better than you, and guys...please don't all try to be prince valiant. This is the wild west, man's country. If a woman is saying something to you that you don't like, remind her of her place. With that said, keep any chauvinist behavior strictly in character. Girls, if you want to make a female outlaw, go right the ******** ahead. Just don't b***h about it when everyone starts hitting on you, and telling you to get back to your household.
