Esmeralda walked along the edges of the lake, smiling softly to herself. It was peaceful there and she liked things that way. She sat on a nearby rock and let her dress touch the ground around her feet. She was so glad that there wasn't any fighting here at all that kept everything even better. She closed her eyes gently and took a deep breath. She placed her hands in her lap as she thought about everything. She hadn't had much to do lately and that surprised her, but it was sort of nice. She enjoyed relaxing at the moment.

Riku came running from the forest laughing in enjoyment. She'd just managed to get away from her sisters nagging and was quite pleased with herself. All of a sudden there was no longer ground underneath her feet and her last thought was
'Oh dang' before she crashed into the surface of the lake causing a small wave to form, not to mention the huge ripple where she landed. She poped up and spat out some water.
Kira was panting slightly, she had a hard time keeping up with Riku who was wearing shorts, while she was wearing a floor length dress.
'Oh why did she have to pick today to be annoying' Kira thought as she finally made it to the lake. She saw the ripples and the wet grass and was able to put two-and-two together. When she sisters head poped up and Kira said with a pout
"Riku don't run off on me like that"

Esmeralda looked up when she heard some commotion. She saw the two girls and sort of smiled, but had slight concern on her face. She stood and walked over to them, hoping to figure out who they were. She blue hair moved slightly as she walked and a gentle smile appeared on her lips. Once she was able to recognize who they were he smile brightened a little. "Is something wrong, Riku and Kira?" she asked, latting her concern show.

Riku looked at the queen and said
"I'm sorry your highness, I didn't think anyone else would be out here" Riku quickly got out of the lake and walked over to her sister dripping wet. She sniffed and rung out her hair.
Kira looked around at the queen.
"Ah, your highness, I'm sorry if we disturbed you. Riku's just being herself"
Kira smiled, it wasn't often that a simple spell caster like her met the queen somewhere like here.
"Oh Riku your going to catch a cold" Kira said with concern for her sister.

Esmeralda smiled a soft sweet smile. "Both of you can be calm," she said in a tone to match her smile. "You haven't done anything wrong." She walked over to Riku and looked her over. She was worried that the girl would get sick. "Should we get you inside and dried off?" She figured it would be the best idea to prevent her from getting sick. "Tea might help a bit too." She nodded, thinking tea would help too.

Riku was a bit shocked then said
"Yeah I should get dried out" She looked down at herself and thought
'I look like something the cat dragged in'
She tried wringing out her clothes then said
"Kira we should get home, I'm gunna need spare clothes"
Kira smiled and looked at her sister agreeing with her in her mind. She sighed, she couldn't help it, Riku was one big problem sometimes.
"We had better" She agreed picking up a lock of her sisters wet hair then letting fall "Because I have to look after you if you get sick"

Esmeralda shook her head gently. "She won't be sick," she said, keeping the smile she had. She knew a few things she could do besides her healing powers if everything else failed. "Come with me." She held out one hand to Riku before she held out a hand to Kira. "Towels, blankets, and tea, alright?" She looked at the two girls for a moment while she waited for a response.

Riku nodded in agreement. She wasn't sure weather to take the hand or not. She decided she had better and gently reached out taking the queens hand. She felt slightly nervous.
Kira was surprised slightly but said
"Yes" She took the Queens other hand wondering what she was going to do.

Esmeralda looked confused when the girls looked nervous. She shrugged and started to lead them back up to the castle. She knew moving quick would be the best to make sure Riku wouldn't get sick. She looked ahead and smiled when she saw the castle. "Alright," she said, nodding.

Flying towards the lake, Loka smiled at the beautiful, sunny sky. It was a very nice day out and very warm, she was not willing to let it go to waste. She flew down towards the ground nearby the lake and landed gently upon the green grass. Sitting down where she landed she watched the water move about. The sight that Loka was seeing made her very happy, it was so peaceful and beautiful. She looked over and saw a deer taking a sip out of the lakes water. Snapping her fingers to call the deer over it looked up and observed Loka. Once the deer felt comfortable enough it trotted over and laid down next to her.
"Such a beautiful day, isn't it?" she asked the deer. She placed an arm behind the deers head, over its back, and began to pet the deer gently. The deer placed its head on Loka's leg and looked up at her, it liked Loka and felt comfortable now. Both Loka and her deer friend sat by the water and watched the water as it swayed. Loka continued to pet the beautiful creature not paying attention to anything else around them.

The deer heard a break of a twig, looked over and saw a man coming their way. Frightened the deer got up and ran into the forest behind them. Loka jumped when her deer friend got up and ran into the forest in a panic. Sadly she turned around and saw its spotted butt disappear. Then hearing a voice she turned around.
"Oh, Good morning Dakota. How do you fare this morning?" she asked with a gentle smile. Loka was a very friendly girl, she loved to talk to people and just loved company in general whether it was an animal or a regular talking being. She stayed seated as she looked up at Dakota, he seemed a little confused, but she did not bother to ask.

"Been better," He said to her," I can't stop shaking." His whole body was shaking badly. "Could be something coming this way?" He wondered about it but decided to take it seriously,"Anyway how are you today,Loka?"
