No, the current banana came through hundreds of years of human intervention in the form of genetic engineering, like most all foods we eat. That, in itself, doesn't disprove the Bible, because the Bible doesn't make any mention of all foods existing in the year 2010 AD as they did in 6000 BC.
Even if it did, then that doesn't prove the whole Bible is invalid just because some of the information is incorrect. That's like saying the entire dictionary is wrong just because a single definition is wrong.

Influenza does evolve and change every year, along with bacteria like staphylococcus aureus.
There's lots of evidence for evolution, but just because evolution happens doesn't mean the Bible is wrong. The Bible give no specific timeline, just that God took 6 "days" to create the earth (and the length of days to God is debateable, as there is nothing to measure it by). It also mentions the lineage of various people in the Bible and their direct descent from Adam and Eve, but it also says that Adam was around 800 when he died, so their measurements might not be the same as ours.
The idea of the earth being around 6000 years old comes from 2 Peter 3:8: "But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day." And an estimation of the combined lifespans of each generation from Adam.
Really, though, evolution doesn't disprove the Bible, and evolution and the Bible are not opposites. There are plenty of Christians who believe in evolution.
