I went ice-skating today for the first time in years. I didn't fall over once!

is it just me or has nothing really exciting happened lately, i think the most eventful thing is that my fishy died crying

I went skiing a few weeks ago and I took a picture that reminded me of what Obernewtyn might look like in the winter: Nagano Hakuba Cortina Ski FieldJust ignore the faux Swiss chalet and the ski lifts and the hundreds of people... wink Kabuki is awesome, by the way. xd

The skiing was less awesome, because I can't ski, but the view was spectacular. And because I'm a nerd, I thought of Obernewtyn. rolleyes
I'm on to Ashling in my re-read of the Obernewtyn Chronicles, and you'd think that because I've read them so many times I wouldn't get anything new out of them, but I still do. heart
