The title says it all! smile Here are my top three favorite TV shows:

3. Firefly
It ran on SciFi seven or eight years ago, with only 14 episodes, but some of them last over an hour. Earth was used up, so the human race found another galaxy and terraformed tons of new Earths. The central planets formed the Alliance and fought to bring everyone under their rule. The Independants, as they're called, lost the war. It's main characters are named Malcolm, Simon, River, Zoe, Walsh, Kaylee, Jayne, and Shepard, as everyone calls him. I watch it on the instant Netflix stuff I get on my TV. I'm not finished watching it yet, but my mind has been blown with its super mega awesomeness. The characters are so alive that I had issues watching my favorite (Simon) get hurt.

2. Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood
This is an anime which is still in the process of being dubbed. Two young alchemists, Edward and Alphonse Elric, lost their mother and then tried the forbidden alchemy: human transmutation. When it failed, Edward lost his left leg and Alphonse lost his entire body. Edward gave up his right arm to attach his brother's soul to a suit of armor. They have one hope of restoring their bodies: the Philosopher's Stone, which amplifies an alchemist's power tenfold. This is an emotional series where you really fall in love with the characters and feel their pain as they go about their journies. Very heart-wrenching.

And finally, my number 1 favorite show is.....

1. Code Geass
This is also an anime. The Brittanian Empire closed in on Japan for its resources. War was waged and Brittania introduced a new weapon: the Knightmare Frame. Japan was conquered and renamed Area 11. The 17th heir to the throne, Prince Lelouch Vi Brittannia, lived with his mother and his sister, Nunnally, until they were attacked. His mother was found dead and his sister lost use of her legs and her eyes. They then hid in Japan, where they met Suzaku Kururugi, before the war. After the war, Lelouch swore that he would one day "obliterate Brittania". If I say any more, I'll spoil it. It's the kind of series that really sticks with you and can emotionally change you in even the slightest of ways. It's also a series where you follow the characters closely and you become attached to them.

Psych!
A hilarious show about a lazy "psychic" detective, Shawn, who solves cases using his mystical abilities. I reality, he was just trained by his father to notice details. His partner, Gus, worked in the pharmicutical (sorry if I spelled that wrong) industry full time until he was suckered into the whole police business. The duo makes for an extremely humorous show with twists around every turn.

Bones
Dr. Brennan (Bones)is an anthropologist hired out by the FBI through the Jeffersonian Institute. Her partner, Agent Booth, is a hardened war veteran who, with Bones's help solves crime after crime.

I can't think of a third show so I'll leave as is until one comes to me.

I finished watching Firefly, which ended in the movie Serenity. It was super inspiring to see that series! I recommend it to anyone who likes a balanced mix of western and eastern cultures all in one show that isn't all "bee boop" because it's Scifi.
