Simply name a Pokemon that you would like. There are a few exceptions those are Shiny Legends. The only shiny legends up for trade are Lugia, Ho-oh, Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Entei, Raikou, Entei,Latios, Latias, Rayquaza, Heatran, Palkia, and Mewtwo. The others I do not have at the moment well as Shiny Pokemon but I believe I have them as regulars and will give them away if anyone wants them. So just leave a reply to the Pokemon you want.

Example
Shiny Latios Shiny Latias and Shiny Charizard
(Up to 3 Pokemon per person for now)

They are Legit. Most of them I got through the Global Trade and they are usable on PBR. So they are.

Ok to trade you need at least 4 things:

A DS
One of the following Pokemon games: HG/SS/D,P,Pt
Wireless Internet access (WiFi)
and a spare pokemon to trade me (when you can trade).

I can give you a ditto no problem though.
