-Residence-
A one story house built by the Vatonage parents thirty years ago. Originally designed to the parents' styles, the house has changed mostly to a modern contemporary look, with a few antique touches in some areas. The rooms however were designed to fit each Vatonage child, at least until Yoakim and Wilhelm came into the picture. Now it houses the LeBlanc-Vatonage family. It has:
- 4 bedrooms {Eleanor & Yoakim} {Blaire} {Rune} {Willhelm}
- 2 bathrooms {x} {x}
- 1 living room {x}
- 1 family room {x}
- 1 dining room {x}
- 1 kitchen {x}
- 1 work study/library {x}
1 music room {x}
It also has a wide backyard, and a front yard fill with gardens.
-Residence Members-
Originally six members until the parents left to live at the city to keep an eye on their law firm and both elder siblings left to make their own lives, while the other two decided to stay to finish their studies and raise the kid. Now it houses the young family and the returning sister... and a dog.

   ____________________________________________________________ - Eleanor Vatonage, Blaire Vatonage, & Rune Vatonage -____________________________________________________________ The smell of breakfast in the air, along with a young mother trying to find the bowls, a babbling child, and a playful young aunt kept the Vatonage household bustling. Another year was here, and Ellie and Blaire were busy enough as it is. However today, was a different story. After getting everyone's belly filled up, Ellie grabbed a bag with a few things for her daughter, and her sketch pad before picking the child up. "Well kiddo you're off duty today" replied the care-taker with a slight grin. 3... 2... 1... "YES!! Oh wait-I mean-Uuum-Darn it?" "It's fine" laughed Ellie with a shake of her head. "I've been abusing you. So today I'm taking Rune to the beach, so... go do... something?" The woman waved her hand at that, Rune babbling all along. There were coherent words here and there, but the rest was just babbles. Before Blaire could debate that as a good thing, the two were already out. The teenager took a quick glance around just to make sure... YES! And the jump and fist pull came instantly. Of course she loved her niece, but dear god! She needed some Blaire time. So... out she went! Somewhere... -Exit-

With a box of tarts in hand, Kade had left the new bakery and headed straight to Ellie's house. The Vatonage home was a decent place in town and was among the oldest houses in the village. Now, usually he wouldn't have made a note of that, but with all the new houses being built by the mayor to replace the old, boring, empty homes, it was something that he thought noteworthy that day. Ellie's family had been living here since before Kade moved in and he was pretty sure the girl grew up in the house. One of the few families that stuck around after the hurricane.. or, well, he thought that was how it went. Kade hardly paid attention to the news or, rather, the news that didn't involve celebrities and fashion. Anyway, the man gave a few knocks to the front door, humming a little tune as he waited for someone to answer.

____________________________________________________________ - Eleanor Vatonage, & Rune Vatonage -____________________________________________________________ Ellie had been dealing with an essay on her computer when she heard the knocks on the door. Well considering she was in the living room, she should've seen that shadow at the crystals, but eh, she was busy. Blaire was out doing errands, and Rune had been set down for her nap, which left Eleanor all to herself for the next hour or so. After setting the laptop on the coffee table, the young woman stood up and headed to the door. Once opened, it answered the question of who would be there... course the only people who ever visited were Yoakim and Kade... so it wasn't THAT hard to make a guess. "Hey Kade, what brings you here?" asked Ellie with a smile, letting the blue haired male in. He was heading in sooner or later anyways.

It made her smile for some reason... Maybe his peppiness was contagious-Oh that'd be worrisome! The smell of those tarts distracted Ellie for a moment before he asked about Rune. "Oh no, Rune's here. It's nap time for her though. She might wake up soon, her naps don't seem to last more than 20 minutes lately" said the young mother with a minimal sigh. Only 20 minutes of work to be done... yeah... Oh wait tarts! After closing the door, Ellie moved over to the kitchen and took a napkin to swipe away that tart immediately. Hey she was kinda hungry. "There are good" replied the woman happily. "Thanks Kade." Darn it, she forgot the chair-oh well. Eleanor got on top of the counter, sitting on it now, letting her legs dangle in the air. "Slow day at the Salon?" She figured... or else he should be at work now... then again it WAS Kade.

Really?" chuckled Ellie at his first comment. Really, these were always at that. Was she really that much of a... responsiholic? Well she had her responsibilities, but she was still only one. Though Ellie was handling school well, she still had to take care of Rune, and Blaire, so in the end... No she had time for herself! She did! Just-Okay, maybe not that often but-Ah crap. She'd find a way out of this later. Oh? And Kade just provided the distraction for this. Or really begged her to ask. Then again, Kade was never really subtle... about anything. "And why is that?" asked the young mother before taking another bite. That was like the magic word for Kade, so he could... open up, so to say.

“I don't know what went over me, but my hands just didn't work that day! Everything I made was all sloppy and ugly and I'm just so ashamed! I can't show my face! But, that's no reason for someone to doubt my salon abilities! Right? I can't believe it! There's barely any customers on this island and now half of them won't even come to me because I couldn't make a panda out of a dipping sauce! This isn't faaaiiiir! Fleurette is getting all the customers, everyone else is avoiding me!” He made a small fist and bopped it lightly onto the counter in his frustration, tearing up as he spoke. Sure, he was happy for Fleurette, but he didn't have anything to do half the time! Even after the festival, when he tried to mess with Yoakim's hair, it ended up just as bad! He had to have Fleurette fix it!
“I think I'm losing my touch, Ellie! It's.. I don't know what else I can do other than style hair! I'll have to go back to washing dogs and cats! They bite and scratch, Ellie! A lot! And-and what if they won't let me in even there?! I'll have to just.. just became a cashier or waiter or.. or a stripper!” He dropped the tart he was munching on back inside the box and twisted to fling his arms around Ellie, crying into her shirt. “What am I gonna do? Ellie!”

Actually she did, but deep down she wished it didn’t. Ellie felt for the guy, she did. Still, why did he end up bawling in her shirt? Should that worry her more than the fact that she expected it? Knowing him for all this time… it kinda did. With his arms around her, the girl found she couldn’t move… and the last bits of tart fell to the counter. It was delicious too… and Ellie couldn't help but sigh lightly. It wasn’t the end of the world. Just a bad work stride. “Kade… Kade…” the white haired woman had tried a few times to interrupt him, to no avail. When he had finally settled into crying, she figured she could try now. “Maybe you should just take a break, get your mind off it. I mean, if you keep thinking like that, you’ll never get out of that rut!” Oh… she was sounding like a mother wasn’t she? Well she was one but that wasn’t the point. Somehow, Ellie managed to get her elbow to move, and she tried to pat Kade’s head… though it ended somewhere between his cheek and his ear… If only he didn’t have that hold on her.

Well he WAS a hairdresser. It made sense, but still. Now, she may have known the guy for years, but this was getting to be a little weird... At times it was, like now. But both Yoakim and her adjusted to this with time-or rather quickly by force. She raised an eyebrow at Kade's first words. Unless..? Unless what? "Kade...?" replied Ellie with a slightly confused to her features. Not trust him enough? Nope she didn't have a clue. What was he talking about? "What do you mean? Borrow who?" Okay now she was suspicious, well... still confused, but a bit wary of him. Was it her? Blaire? No Blaire loved to go to the salon as long as it didn't involve chemicals...

Ellie was already waving a little flag of suspicion in her mind. With Kade's weight off of her, she could lean back a bit in her seat on the counter top, her hands almost reaching the window behind her as they supported her. Now Kade kinda... sorta... wanted? Oh. NO. She wasn't leaving him alone with her! It wasn't that she didn't trust him... but... He had dreams... with hair... and that frightened the young mother! Ellie feared for her daughter's hair! No! "Kade..." started Ellie equally as slowly before shaking her head slowly at the man. "No. You and I both know that you can't resist temptation. I can't leave you unsupervised with her. You know that." Indeed he did. That was one of the rules... whether he ever followed them was a whole different situation. The girl kept an eyebrow slightly raised at him... she wasn't mad, though she was... a bit stern?
