♡ History: An orphan with her younger sister, Rachel grew up in the harsh surroundings of the city. She got lucky though, managing to work, go to school and graduate; gaining a sports scholarship which allowed her to go to college. Soon after she lost her sister at a robbery in a small shop. She graduated as a police officer, her sister's death becoming the main reason for this, since there were no officers in the part of the city they lived at to control... anything.

Rachel has been an officer of the force in the city for 6 years. She spent five of those where she and TK grew up. However, she was stabbed while apprehending a gang member and decided to take a calmer approach after recovering. She opted for Nirvani Island, and has been part of the force there for a year along with her faithful companion, Sophia, a Siberian Husky.

Nirvani has been quite the headache for Rachel, either that or Romane. She never had any time to herself, and when she did, by 'trauma', Romane took her time to teach her how to dance. It was a nice thing, even if the woman had arrested most of the town and was paranoia with a brain. The officer began to grow on Rachel, and she was enjoying her work, up until things got very rough but they managed somehow. Not that Gaston gave a damn.

Rachel... has been busy... Starting with the work chaos that kept her time locked away, the kidnappings, bodies, usual petty crimes and the likes. Not to mention Romane, who was actually behaving well enough and getting closer to. Of course, that was due to Rachel's constant spiking of the redhead's coffee which the whole island thanks her for. That did end up in having Rachel and Sophia basically live in Romane's home, whenever she didn't convince Romane to stay over at her home. Now the sheriff of Nirvani, with no possibility of being replaced with a moron, Rachel had to deal with Parker and Romane's constant bickering. That detail skyrocketed after one drunk night that resulted in her and Parker having sex that night at a trip to the city. A season later they would be shocked to know the sheriff was pregnant, and the headache intensified once Romane and Parker knew. Of course Romane took a big part of that because... she was Romane? Whatever reason it was, the moment Rachel had that suspicion and opened her mouth to tell Parker, Romane made a hell of a scene, something that still amuses Rachel. On Fall 12th little Julian Parker was born. Rachel was more than happy with her son, even if it was still awkward with the father, even more at workplace. That's what happens when you sleep with co-workers, or subordinates... She's pretty much well known by most of the town as the sheriff, but aside from Romane, there aren't much close options. A new look befell the officer, stress and motherhood pretty much had her chopping off her locks, granted the sexy uniform was just to make herself feel like a sexy mom, when she's not using the standard uniform.

♡ Personality: A laid-back officer, Rachel's pretty social with just anyone. She's stern with her work, taking it very seriously, though she is thoughtful and a bit of a joker at times. However, ever since the stabbing, she's more cautious about others, and tends to be jumpy at times.

♡ Family:
