that's almost how EOT started. got rejected by psy's POW (Phat Or Wack) back in the day so a few of us got high outside shates and started EOT up.

They started Radley Records, named after one half of the group; Boo Radley.
They host a few rather shitty bands, as well as themselves. They have CDs, and shirts on sale on their website, and even made a movie.
They're doing good for not being a big label.
