the only thing i don't like
is that den doesn't look like den
but that's cause you usually draw him in your normal style
also his head looks a bit large and very round
but that's probably how you meant it to be in this one

idk when i imagine your ocs i see them the normal way
not all fancy and arty like this one

yeah, i had a hard time with his face. realism/whatever has never been my forte, plus the weird lighting kind of threw me off. honestly i was kinda glad just to get as far as i did with his face.



also his hair is parted on a different side LOL.

Yeah. I figured the proportions were a little off but i didn't know if it was because I was staring at it too long or what. I guess I should have resized his head LOL.

Regarding the cliff,
there's this whole thing I went through; moving the cliffs down by a bunch and then forgetting I had decided to move them and painting them back in, and then realizing that oh s**t I STILL don't know how to paint cliffs.

so I kind of gave up and told myself to leave it. Maybe in the future I won't be so ambitious in my artistic endeavours.


The lighting kind of plays into that too cause originally the background was supposed to consist of rolling mountains. But clearly I am sick of rocky formations of any kind so i looked up pictures of lightning and decided you can never have too much shiny.


but maybe in the future i'll tone it down a little LOL
