This is the place where the current and First official Takikage, Arata Takiguchi, spends the majority of his time. The war only ended roughly a year ago so there are still lots of troubles and things to deal with. The majority of the village don't know this but, the Takikage has been in a lot of trouble lately. Seeing how the country was originally run by a Daimyo, there are still some issues with having a Kage to have to share duties with. Especially since now, the daimyo dislikes the idea seeing how it was the the fault of the shinobi that the war had started. So... there's lots of things to be done. Also... there's been a slight shortage of missions for the village BECAUSE of the daimyo requesting that non-shinobi avoid requesting jobs if possible.

But only the Takikage and a few others know this. He's very good at hiding it all.

Remember to knock and don't call him 'Shodai-sama', 'Nidaime' is what he would prefer. Or even Takiguchi-san is fine. Even 'Arata' is fine with him. Just not 'Shodai-sama', he was not the founder, and doesn't like to think of himself as the 'First Takikage'.
