Pray for me because I am wanting to overcome my anxiety. I am on medication for anxiety and depression right now. Pray that I will have that " peace that surpasses understanding" ( Philippians 4:7) Also it would be nice if you could pray that I will gain weight because I really need to. You're not alone. I, myself, am having difficulties with fear an anxiety. In fact, I just had a panic attack three seconds ago.
I am also trying to find God's peace.
I will pray for you.

Thank you very much. I can relate to the panic attacks. I have had one so bad one time it felt l was going to die. The body symptoms I know can be scary, but they are not harmful. Would you like to be my friend here?
