I've heard of this before, then someone referred to it recently via the C25K Facebook fanpage and I went looking for it again. It seems like it'd actually be pretty easy to complete!
I did the first day of it on Sunday, which means I need to do the second day of week one sometime today.
If I were keeping up properly with jogging for C25K (which I haven't been sweatdrop * I'd be alternating days -- push ups one day, jogging the other. It's been too hot and humid to jog, lately, so I've been slacking sweatdrop
Anyone else interested in doing this?
