I've heard of this before, then someone referred to it recently via the C25K Facebook fanpage and I went looking for it again. It seems like it'd actually be pretty easy to complete!

I did the first day of it on Sunday, which means I need to do the second day of week one sometime today.

If I were keeping up properly with jogging for C25K (which I haven't been sweatdrop * I'd be alternating days -- push ups one day, jogging the other. It's been too hot and humid to jog, lately, so I've been slacking sweatdrop

Anyone else interested in doing this?

Well, at first the idea turned me off, but I was attempting some push ups while watching Underworld last night, and now I'm thinking that I just might give it a try. It couldn't hurt!

D: No way. Heh. I think my arms are too weak for that. For some reason though, I can do 100 sit-ups no problem... xp I need more arm strength I guess... D:

I am resuming my attempt at the hundred pushups endeavor, having completely bollocksed up the last one sweatdrop This time, though, I'm starting Week One in column three -- clearly, my body has gained SOME strength in the interim!

Lawd knows I have a bad habit of being irregular about my push-ups goal, BUT:

I just did today's set, and when I did my maximum, I got up to 30. I've spent most of my life feeling proud of myself for getting through even half that many.
