i would put some of my stuff on here but i don't know how to get it on the computer and i can't draw pictures on the computer being lefted an all and the mouse is on the wrong side >.<
waaait i take that back. i now know what a tablet is but i still can't draw on the computer cause i don't have one Dx btw you guys are awesome at drawings. especially Shingo's. i like his drawing alot. (i sound like a creeper,,,don't i? oh well)
There's bound to be a cheap tablet in the major electronic stores in your city. BestBuy,Fry's Electronics,or really,any major electronic retailer. (if you don't live in the US,then I can't help you then XD)
Most tablets go at $60-400 USD,depending on the size and brand of tablet.
You shouldn't go all out in getting a tablet. Pick one that works and is comfortable,but keep in mind that a simpler tablet isn't suited for more hardcore computer graphics work.
And no,you don't sound like a creeper. XD
