While the Zombie Apocalypse hasn't happened for us yet, there are many worlds in which it has. From films to books to video games and even music. Here we can talk about our favorite undead media.
To start things off I'll introduce every body to a new anime a friend turned me on to. It's called High School of the Dead and despite the dubious use of a nail gun in the first episodes and a distracting amount of fan-service, it is a solid and funny series featuring a very interesting and aggressive zed virus.

Well I have new bit of fun time gaming goodness to share with every body. It's called Dead Island. It's apparently a free-roam rpg from a company called Techland out of Poland. The trailer is a tad on the graphic side, depicting the two deaths of a young girl, but looks like a promising game. It takes place on a resort island in the south pacific. You start as one of the hotel's clients and must soon find your way through the now zed-infested island. It's supposed to be heavy on the melee and first person. There's also confirmed weapon customization. It's scheduled for a release of August this year.

I saw the trailer and it didn't look very good. I don't think showing things going backwards in time is a very good idea for a commercial. Dead Rising 2, however you see something happen. Since I havn't played or seen any actual gameplay I can't be sure since I think all they show us is the cutscence graphics in Dead Island. The Dead Rising 2 trailer, well it might not be gameplay but you at least see some action in it.
