A Final Fantasy 7 RP.
I want one.
I've got all the basics like the bestiary and world map and magic list. What I need are...
Plot ideas!
Should it be a freeform of sorts?
Pre/Post game?
HP I don't care about, but MP will be limited, so no fifty-thousand casting of spells.
HELP ME.

I don't really think a sequal would be possible and they already covered a prequal.
Not sure if a FF7 rp is all too possible plot wise...

Okay, got a few ideas.
1. Pre-game. Jenova crashes into the Planet, causing incredible damage and costing the lives of the already dwindling number of Cetra. At the time, there is no one able to defeat the Calamity from the Skies, so the Cetra decide to do the next best thing: Seal Jenova away. The handful of Cetra remaining seek out the help of a group of humans to seal away Jenova for a period of time, or at least render her powerless, until the time comes when there are heroes powerful enough to destroy her entirely.
2. Post-game & movie & whatever else comes after that. The world is moving on, Midgar still in ruins. The other cities and towns are struggling to accommodate the millions of refugees and pilgrims. Crime runs rampant as criminals take advantage of the weak defenses of the normal citizens. As if that wasn't bad enough, a Jenova strain seems to have broken loose once more and is causing people to turn into monsters. These monsters are attacking and causing havoc, and someone must go to the source of all the mayhem and destroy Jenova once and for all; that is, if they can find her.
3. An alternate universe freeform of sorts.
The problem with the first is that many towns and enemies wouldn't be around back in the days of the Cetra, so a new map/bestiary would have to be devised. And I'm not sure as to the exact powers of the Cetra.
The second, well, I dunno, seems pretty flimsy.
The third leaves too much room for idiocy.
Thoughts?

Yes, idiocy does seem easiest, but there's so much room for stagnation in that one...
That's actually a pretty decent idea. Would be a planet similar to the FF7 one? I don't quite feel like world-building...
