First Report: So far I have enjoyed working with them. I have figured out their individual personalities and I have figured out that they are very different sort of people, Just like their relatives.
The Uchiha seems to be the leader almost despite being the youngest. He likes to over think things and he is always careful before moving on with a plan. He is almost like Sasuke in some ways...
He is calm and cool and always looking out for his friends. He is helpful on missions and rarely complains or shouts out, he is more of a go-ahead person other than thinking it over but luckily we have the trusty Hyuuga for that whom he seems to like very much. His need to protect makes him stronger. His training with me will make him stronger on the outside as well as the inside!
The Hyuuga is also a powerful one. Although she is not the most confident at times she is always willing to help out whenever she can and she almost completes the team in a way. I feel that her Byakugan will come in handy sometimes in the near future. She will need to work on her strength now, that's what I think. Not her Taijiutsu skills because I see them outstanding for any girl her age but her strength in knowing how to stop. I know she is the type who wants to look after he team but her health is slowly deteriorating because of her need to be in the front row all the time. If she continues to put herself in risk she will also end up putting her commerades in danger also. Otherwise I think she is a strong girl who can easily beat the boys, she doesn't need too much training but maybe a little push to release her full potential.
The Inuzuka is a proper lad. He seems to want to take everything on head on and do the thinking later. He prefers to take action when he can and is always charged and ready for more. This makes him a great person to have on a team when you have the intelligence and patience of a Hyuuga, The strategy and the sense of the Uchiha and he makes the power and the confidence of the Inuzuka. His confidence makes him stand out from the group. I find him full of surprises and his haughty personality is definitely making him easier to warm up to. He has this friendly but teasable feel to him and, like the Hyuuga he has a good future ahead of him if pushed in the right direction.
Their team assignments have been going very well EXTREMELY TERRIBLY. So far they have failed NEARLY EVERY SINGLE MISSION ASSIGNED. I have a feeling these Genin have absolutely no future in Konoha as the next Master Shinobi.
