This is the main governmental building of Kirigakure. Working in this building are the Mizukage, Akane Misake, and her advisers.

If you'd like to see the Mizukage be sure to have an appointment or she probably wont see you unless its a life or death matter. If you come in claiming you have a life or death matter and its really nothing, you will be ignored.

All others in this building should either be working or get out! The Mizukage runs a tight ship!
