Moxy, honey, at that age, height, and weight, you really don't need to lose anything. Staying active and doing things to maintain a healthy fitness level is great, but 115 -- according to the BMI index -- is only barely still in the healthy weight zone. In fact, it's really pushing underweight.
I'm certainly not going to come down on you for looking for an accountability buddy (it always helps to have a friend you have to check in with!), but you have NO reason to worry about your weight. You've got to be about a size 2; you're actually at the weight I wish I were at right now, and I've still got NO good reason to complain about my own weight.

I'm sorry, but I do have to agree with Flonne here. While we are all unique and have different body needs, for most girls your age, that is a fine weight. I wouldn't try to lose a pound if I were you, but you can start a light fitness regiment if you want to. Light exercises like walking or jumping jacks would probably work well for you. Ten or twenty minutes a day of that would start toning your muscles and help you feel productive. But be very careful not to push yourself too far.
I don't suggest using this as your set in stone measurement, but I checked online and your BMI is considered healthy as it is. You're doing great!
If you're not sure what a healthy weight would be for you, you can ask your doctor at your next appointment. Most people use the BMI (Body Mass Index) system, but it seems to be inconclusive, so I would consult a professional first.

As long as you know that it's in your head, you're heading in a good direction. We just don't want you to hurt yourself. Of course nobody blames you for how you feel, nobody can help that.
You have nothing to worry about at your weight, but if you feel agitated about your body, there are some wonderful specialists who can talk you through it and help you understand what's real and what's in your head. There's no shame in it, I've seen people myself.
You'll be glad for it when you're able to feel comfortable with your healthy lifestyle.

Mistress Moxy FlonneHybrid Moxy, honey, at that age, height, and weight, you really don't need to lose anything. I'm a size 4 and I'm sorry >.< I have an eating disorder and it's not my fault I think that way.I don't want help with my disorder...because I'm scared of getting fat. I'm the same height as you, and I usually hover around 130 -- and according to Maurice's jean sizes, I'm a size 3/4. There's no way you're a size 4 -- and even if you are, size 4 is still really, really small in a country where 8 - 12 is the average. You actually run a HIGHER risk of gaining weight with an eating disorder. 1) Bulimia doesn't actually help you lose weight, because the first thing your body is most likely to digest is the fattier part of your meal. 2) Anorexia puts your body into starvation mode, which means that any calories you DO take in are going to be put into storage -- in other words, it will be made into fat so you have something to live on. You are about a hundred times better off learning how to eat right and maintain a regular fitness practice than you are in pursuing an eating disorder. You don't want to get mixed up in that.

I think I'm good to go on weight loss but I'd like some more motivation anyway.
Age: 19 Beginning Weight: 235lbs Weight: 198lbs Height: 5'8" Goal: 160lbs
6AM(Mon, Wed, Fri): Jog 7PM: Insanity 8PM: 2 mile walk
I've been doing insanity program off and on(been trying to be consistent with this) for the last couple weeks.
Aside from that, I jog with my brother on monday, wednesday and friday mornings. I walk up and down our stairs at least 20 times a day and walk a couple miles to work whenever(part time job).
I eat pretty unhealthy since there's nothing really to eat. I only drink ice water and usually eat a couple packs of ramen a day and whatever fruits and vegetables I can find. We usually get a lot of sausage here so that's my protein intake. I don't eat any chocolate or things with ridiculous amounts of sugar. It didn't feel like a lot to give up for me.
