it isnt rare that i get close to someone, since i'm a pretty open person and i get along with most anyone! but it really hurts when i get close to someone and we're getting along so well and then boom out of no where they start ignoring me and no matter how much time or space i give them they just seem to eventually forget that i exist. so i wonder... why do i even try?

ive been thru a similar thing mostly you'll find that these ppl are simply not worth knowing if they treat you this way but sadly the world is full of dicks who treat you this way. they way i see it you have 2 choices... either one toughen up and keep trying orr two be less open to ppl sometimes its good not to bare all in a freindship that way you are protecting yourself from potential assholes who might be out to use you.

Oh, i know exactly what you mean. eek
I treat people how i wanna be treated. xD i know that sounds stupid, but if i hate someone, they know i hate them and they hate me, and vise versa. ^^
I really don't agree with Miss.BeetleJuice (no offese, also, i don't appreciate the negative advice). You never know how a person will react to you. It really is worth it to go out there and meet new people. Whether they're life-long friends, or dipshits that never talk to you. If you're open to the people that ignore you, eventually someone is going to notice you and say you deserve better and begin talking to you. Those people are the people you know you're going to be friends with for quite some time c:
