In this world there are three types of Neko's.... Common Neko's with only a human form with the ears, tail and other minor features of a cat; Uncommon Neko's, with a human form that looks like a normal human but can turn into a cat on will; And Rare Neko's, With a human form with cat features and they can turn into a cat. Currently, three-fourths of the population of Neko's reside in one place: The Advanced Research Institute of N.E.K.O. It sounds much like a school, but be forewarned: It's nothing of the sort. The Neko's there are held there against their will and tested on. Scientists want to see what they can do, and take, from them.
The government wants to use Neko DNA to make super solders to make the army, navy, airforce, and the marines unstoppable. And the scientists want to use the DNA to test on, sell and make lots of money.
The current Neko's in there have had enough. They don't want to be tested on any more, they don't want to swallow another pill of "Medicine". All they want is freedom. Freedom where they can actually see sky, run free, and wear something other than sterilized white outfits. They want to stare at something other than white walls. They want to be able to do fun things... But being under constant surveillance of guards, escaping is nearly impossible.
So how will they do it..?
What I need for you to do, is read this carefully, understand it, and remember it.
Rules.
One- Send profiles to me, I must approve of them.
Two- It has to be either a Neko, or a scientist/guard.
Three-Keep it acceptable, no cursing like a sailor.
Four- NO CYBERING. Romance is encouraged but either time skip or take it to pm's if you must do "it"
Five- Follow the guilds rules.
Six- Litterate rp'ing only please. That means no ** or -- for actions and use either first person or third person with quotations for what they are saying.
Seven- More as I see fit I will add.

Conditions/phobia's: Claustrophobia
Bio: Sadi was put into a orphanage at a very young age. From there she developed Claustrophobia because of the very small cages she was put into. She had no friends there and nobody would adopt her because she was a "Freak". Her right eye was blinded by a boy there when they got into a fight. Sadi was blamed for it and as punishment she was not allowed to be around ANY of the other orphans. One day though a man came and looked at her; he adopted her but would not say a word when he drove her to his "House".
His house ended up being the Advanced Research Institute of N.E.K.O.
